Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EcomAI and related services (the "Service") operated at ecomai.tokenlogic.vip. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EcomAI provides Amazon listing intelligence tools including ASIN audits, competitor analysis, SEO insights, listing generation, and optimization reports. The Service uses AI and automated analysis. Outputs are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee Amazon ranking, sales, or policy compliance.

EcomAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Amazon's terms and applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not share account credentials outside permitted team plans.

3. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Free plan: subject to daily usage limits (e.g., listing generations and audits per day) as described on our Pricing page.
Paid plans: billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor Creem unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown at checkout.
Cancellation: you may cancel subscriptions via your account settings or the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds: except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Contact swwaden@yeah.net for billing disputes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate Amazon or third-party terms.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
Share access credentials except as allowed under a team plan.
Submit content you do not have the right to use.
Misrepresent AI-generated output as guaranteed factual claims without review.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of listing text and product information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

6. AI Outputs & Disclaimers

Reports and generated copy may contain errors. You must review all outputs before publishing to Amazon. We provide "Truth Guard" and validation features to reduce risk, but final responsibility for listing accuracy rests with you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOMAI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may delete your account by contacting support. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting swwaden@yeah.net.
